Public Involvement

As part of the EIS process, the input of numerous stakeholders will be solicited and encouraged. Throughout the development of the Klingle Road EIS, the purpose of the stakeholder involvement is to:

1. adhere to NEPA policy guidelines regarding outreach and documentation of the public outreach process;
   
   
2. inform the public and stakeholders of the project background, public meeting information and availability of the document for public review; and
   
   
3. actively solicit the input and contribution of citizens, community groups and government agencies in the EIS process.
